Terms of Service

1. Service Description & Ownership

HTGWA CLOUD is a multi-tenant cloud software platform engineered and operated by HTG DIGITAL STORE (htgbiz.com) based in Sri Lanka. The service enables businesses to connect official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud APIs to execute marketing broadcasts, automated AI agent workflows, live chat support, and programmatic REST API integrations.

2. Development & Early Pilot Stage Disclosure

The platform is currently operating in an Active Development & Enterprise Pilot Program. During this phase, early adopter companies and developers receive prioritized feature updates, developer onboarding, and zero platform markup on official Meta WhatsApp messaging fees. Service updates or configuration adjustments may be deployed periodically to enhance platform stability.

3. Meta WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

All users of the HTGWA CLOUD platform must strictly abide by Meta's official guidelines:

• Explicit User Opt-in: You must obtain verifiable opt-in consent from recipients before initiating business conversations or promotional broadcasts.
• 24-Hour Customer Care Window: Non-template, free-form customer service messages can only be sent within 24 hours of the last user-initiated inbound message.
• Approved Meta Templates: All business-initiated notifications, promotional campaigns, and authentication OTPs must use pre-approved Meta message templates.
• Prohibited Categories: Strictly no distribution of spam, deceptive marketing, adult products, weapons, prescription drugs, or unlawful schemes as prohibited under Meta Commerce Policies.

Violation of Meta policies may result in your WhatsApp Phone Number ID being restricted, lowered in quality rating, or banned directly by Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. Account Responsibilities & Security

You agree to:

• Maintain the secrecy of your login passwords, system user tokens, and external API secret keys.
• Ensure all messages sent through your connected phone number ID comply with local consumer protection laws.
• Configure Allowed Domains (CORS whitelist) in your dashboard to prevent unauthorized third-party origins from triggering your API.
• Promptly notify us at support@htgbiz.com if you discover any unauthorized access to your account.

5. API Usage, Fair Use & Rate Limits

External REST API calls made to /api/v1/messages/* are subject to fair use limits aligned with your plan tier and Meta's official Phone Number Quality Tier throughput limits (e.g. 80 MPS or tier-based volume restrictions). Automated spamming or volumetric denial-of-service attempts will result in immediate API key revocation.

6. Billing, Fees & Transparent Rates

During the pilot stage, subscription plans are billed on transparent monthly terms with zero platform markup on official Meta conversation rates. We focus strictly on direct Meta Cloud API performance, Sri Lankan enterprise readiness, and local LKR/USD billing flexibility without artificial competitor comparisons.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, HTG DIGITAL STORE shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions originating from upstream Meta Cloud API server maintenance, global telco routing failures, or local internet outages.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your WhatsApp Business Number and requesting account deletion via our User Data Deletion portal. We reserve the right to suspend any account that repeatedly violates Meta messaging rules.
