User Data Deletion Instructions

HTGWA CLOUD (developed and owned by HTG DIGITAL STORE, htgbiz.com) respects your privacy and your complete right to data ownership. As an official Meta WhatsApp Business Solution Partner, we provide multiple verified methods to delete all personal and company data associated with your Facebook / WhatsApp account.
How to Request Data Deletion
Choose any of the three options below to purge your data:
Option 1
Automatic Deletion via Facebook Settings (Recommended)
If you authenticated through Facebook Login or connected your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) via Meta:
- Open your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
- Locate HTGWA CLOUD and click Remove.
- Check the confirmation box to remove all permissions and click Confirm Remove.
- Facebook will automatically send an authenticated signed request to our Data Deletion Callback endpoint (
/api/auth/data-deletion), scheduling your records for immediate purge and generating a confirmation code.
Option 2
Instant Deletion from Within the HTGWA CLOUD App
If you have an active account on the HTGWA CLOUD workspace:
- Log in to your workspace at https://metawa.htgbiz.com/console.
- Navigate to the Numbers tab on the left icon rail.
- Click the delete trash icon next to your connected WhatsApp Phone Number ID to immediately revoke access tokens and unbind the WABA.
- Navigate to Settings > Account Profile and choose Delete Company Account & Purge Data.
Option 3
Direct Manual Request via Email
You may submit a manual data deletion request by emailing our privacy operations team directly at support@htgbiz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your registered company name or username.
- Your WhatsApp Business Phone Number or Phone Number ID.
- The email address associated with your account.
Our team will process your request within 24–48 hours and return a formal written confirmation code.

What Data is Permanently Purged?
When an account or phone number is deleted, the following items are permanently removed from our active databases and backup logs:
- Meta Facebook User IDs, OAuth access tokens, and system user tokens.
- WhatsApp Business Phone Number IDs, WABA IDs, and webhook configurations.
- All customer contact phone numbers, display names, and conversation histories.
- All stored media attachments (photos, voice recordings, documents, stickers).
- All active login session tokens and device identifiers.
