Executive Summary: HTGWA CLOUD connects your verified WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) directly to Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We collect and process communication data solely to deliver messaging broadcasts, AI automation flows, and collaborative team support. We never sell, monetize, or trade your company data or customer contacts with third parties.
1. Introduction & Ownership
This Privacy Policy explains how HTG DIGITAL STORE (operating via htgbiz.com, "we", "our", or "us"), as the sole owner and developer of HTGWA CLOUD, collects, processes, and protects your information. HTGWA CLOUD operates as an emerging WhatsApp Business Solution Partner based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, currently in an Active Development & Enterprise Pilot Stage.
2. Information We Collect
To provide high-throughput Cloud API services, we process the following categories of data:
- Account Profile Data: Company name, verified business email, contact phone number, and hashed authentication credentials created during onboarding.
- Meta WhatsApp Credentials: WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), Phone Number ID, App ID, and System User Access Tokens provided via Embedded Signup or manual profile configuration.
- Messaging Telemetry & Content: Phone numbers of message recipients, message direction (inbound/outbound), message type (text, media, template, interactive), timestamp, and Meta delivery statuses (sent, delivered, read, failed).
- Media Attachments: Images, PDF documents, videos, and audio notes sent or received through your team inbox, stored temporarily in encrypted local server storage to facilitate in-browser previews and compliance audits.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process information strictly for operational and technical service delivery:
- Routing outbound broadcasts and receiving real-time webhook payloads from Meta Graph Cloud API.
- Rendering customer conversation threads and shared team inbox workflows.
- Executing automated chatbot rules, interactive reply buttons, and flow automation blueprints configured by your business.
- Providing analytics telemetry (open rates, delivery counts, failed delivery reason codes) for your business operations.
4. Meta Platform Data & Zero Advertising Use
HTGWA CLOUD operates on top of Meta Platforms, Inc. official Graph v26.0 Cloud API infrastructure. All messages dispatched or received are governed by the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Terms. We do not inspect message contents for advertising, nor do we disclose customer lists to any advertising networks.
5. Data Storage, Security & Hostinger Infrastructure
Our server infrastructure and MySQL databases are hosted in certified enterprise data centers provided by Hostinger International Ltd. with automated daily backups, firewall isolation, and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. System User Tokens and API keys are stored in encrypted database fields with restricted access.
6. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform Policies, you possess complete ownership over your data. You may request full deletion of your company account, contact lists, and message logs at any time.
